About these terms

These terms apply to your use of gamblingatlas.co.uk, published by Sajjad Media (Private) Limited, registered in Pakistan under SECP (CUIN: 0218495; registered office: Street 7 D 353, Lahore 54100, Pakistan). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who the site is for

The site is for adults aged 18 and over in Great Britain. Gambling Atlas covers gambling sites licensed for Great Britain and is not intended for readers in Northern Ireland. The Gambling Commission's licences cover Great Britain; Northern Ireland has its own gambling law, so our listings and links are not aimed at readers there.

What we provide

Gambling Atlas publishes information about gambling sites licensed by the Gambling Commission. We are not a gambling operator: we do not accept bets, run games, open accounts or hold money, and nothing on the site is an offer to gamble.

Nothing on the site is financial advice, and we do not publish betting tips or predictions. Gambling involves the risk of losing money; please only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

Accuracy of entries

We check licence facts against the Gambling Commission register and copy offers word for word, and each entry shows the date we last checked it. Licences, offers and terms can change at any time, so the register and the operator's own terms always take precedence over our pages.

Links to operators

All outbound links on Gambling Atlas go exclusively to gambling operators licensed and authorised by the UK Gambling Commission. When you follow a link you enter into an agreement with the operator, not with us. We are not responsible for an operator's services, decisions or terms; complaints about an account go to the operator and then to its independent dispute resolution service. Our advertising disclosure explains how we may be paid.

Using our content

Text, illustrations and design on the site belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with a link back. Operator names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. If anything in these terms conflicts with your statutory rights as a consumer, your statutory rights prevail.
